All products are reconditioned by technicians with certifications in IPC Solder Standards and ESD protection. Each technician is also certified on individual procedures prior to the repair. Every probe undergoes 20-point visual and functional inspections in a certified facility using a ISO 13485-certified process.
Materials, parts, adhesives and components are tested against OEM samples using the following parameters: strength, dimensioning, chemical resistance and compatibility, and electrical equivalence. Any material involving body contact is tested for ISO 10993 compatibility.
